NICE 20th Century FLINTLOCK Long Rifle
With Beautiful Full-Length Maple Stock
Here we present a 20th Century Full-Stock Flintlock Long Rifle. This rifle features a fully octagonal barrel. Muzzle is crowned. The stock is full-length to the muzzle and is made of beautifully striped maple. The right side of the stock has a large, eagle-shaped patchbox. Decorative escutcheons can be observed throughout. Triggers are double set for ultimate precision. There are no visible maker’s marks or manufacturer marks.
The overall condition is very good. The metal surfaces are finished dark. The stock is nicely grained and in good shape with the exception of the crack at the rearmost ramrod tube. The bore is in very good condition with sharp rifling. The action is excellent, strong and crisp.
