Page-Lewis Arms company, a small manufacturer out of Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts, produced firearms for only a short period before being bought by Savage Arms. Both Page and Lewis were well known in the firearms industry in the early 20th century, and even worked with Stevens, who was also bought by Savage Arms. That makes this Model C Olympic rifle very rare, being produced for only 6 years. This rifle's bluing has dulled and oxidized, and the barrel has picked up a couple dings, typical for a firearm almost a century old. The wood, however, remains in very good shape despite the age of the gun.
