Description:
Serial #144073, .45 Colt, 7 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a full-size, black powder frame SAA, but built with an 1878 Thunderer-style gripframe. The revolver retains 99% of the original blue finish with a commensurate amount of the original color case-hardened finish on the frame. The walnut birds-head grips are also in excellent shape with only a handful of negligible handling marks and minor blemishes. The revolver is housed in a correct, but mismatched Cimarron one-piece box. This is a splendid .45 Thunderer, and is in excellent, little-used condition overall. FFL
