Description:
SN 76943 is a model No 1 2nd issue built (1860-1868) is a better than average example. This piece shows strong remnants of original blue on the left side of the barrel and rod. The right side shows less blue and a few spots of pitting on the center flat. The cylinder shows clear patt markings, fine pitting and excellent cylinders. The bore shows bright strong rifling. The frame and straps show 90% of te original silver-plating. The rosewood grips rate excellent. A better than average example that is mechanically sound.
