Description:
Serial #404216, 5.56mm NATO, 16 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is the 5.56 x 45mm version of the venerable Type 56 carbine and has 97-98% of the original blue finish on the metal with some mild silvering and fading on the high edges, as well as on the muzzle of the birdcage style flash-suppressor. The wooden handguards, pistol-grip, and buttstock are in fine shape with some light surface scratches in the original varnish finish. The carbine is missing the cleaning rod, but does come with the original bayonet with sheath, and two 5.56mm 30 rd magazines. This is an excellent example of a desirable 84S overall. FFL
