Description:
Ideal .38 cal single cavity bullet mold. Flat nose, 3-groove bullet, presumably intended for tubular magazine rifle, probably the 38-55. Mold is stamped: IDEAL MFG. CO. / NEW HAVEN CONN USA" and "38 175". Cavity appears crisp and and in good shape. Exterior of mold is covered almost entirely with thin rust patina. Wooden handles suggest a lot of use.
