Smooth Dark Bore. Muzzle measures approx. .75 caliber. Not sure if it is for "shot" or "Ball". Action is working and is strong. Has a newer nipple. Has original ramrod. The Metal is all siver, grey patina. and has some sort of clear protective coating added. The wood is Nicely figured "Hard Wood", of some type. Shows older, well done repairs, around the lock area ,mostly. Butt plate fits solid to buttstock with some gaps on edge. Wood shows well worn checkering on grip area.
