The Remington Model 51 semi automatic pistol was made from 1918 to 1926, with approximately 65,000 manufactured. The pistols were fitted with a 3 1/2 inch barrel, 2-piece checkered hard rubber grips with the companies name, 7-shot magazine, blue finished only, and chambered in either .32 ACP or .380 ACP.. This pistol is as described and is chambered in .32 ACP. The pistol is in excellent original condition, retaining 98%+ of its original blue finish. The bore is bright and the action functions like new. The magazine disconnect works properly and both the manual and grips safeties work perfectly. The nice looking grips fit well and are in excellent condtion, retaining their sharp checkering, with no cracks or chips. The gun comes with its original box, which is in good condition, with assorted repairs done with tape.
