Hi,
someone out there has a box/bag of new or good condition 405 Win brass that they arent going to use and might be willing to sell.
If that is you, please drop me a line. I am looking for some to make 40-70 Sharps straight from.
None of the major suppliers have any right now and Hornady "discontinued it for now"...dont know if Norma is making any and cant seem to find any suppliers of Kynoch brass either (they make the 405 ammo in England). (Hurts to say it but Maybe some foreign company will step in and help us all out with some of the vintage calibers... but we do need help here!! I cant see paying machine shop 90$ for 20 cases either....)
Im in the same boat for 40 Basic (3 1/4")...need some to make 40-90 Sharps from. Cheapest I have seen it is 70$ for that Australian stuff that everyone says is too weak/thin and too expensive...
