This E.Whitney model 1841 remains in good condition, with a very good bore only having a slight amount of rust at the muzzle( still very shootable. Its lockplate is marked N. Haven 1853. The barrel exhibits a fair amount of bluing, the stock has numerous dents and dings, but is overall in good shape, ( please see pictures).
