Description:
greene Breech Loading Rifle and Bayonet .53 caliber, 35" barrel. Upper tang marked Greene's Patent Nov. 17 1857. Walnut stock with three barrel bands. Stock with H stamped on left butt and 9 in front of triggerguard. Includes bayonet marked J.D.G. Condition: The bore is clean and in good condition. All metal parts have a dark brown patina. The stock has several nicks and dings. Cleaning rod is missing and front swivel broke off Action good Greene Breech Loading Rifle and Bayonet .53 caliber, 35 barrel.
