Description:
Rigby Lightweight 7mm/275 in Very Good overall condition. Bore is bright with tall sharp
cornered rifling. Wood has been professionally refinished at some time. Barrel blue remains at 95% of dark
grey blue. Floor plate is approximately 50%. Trigger guard and mag box retain about 50% case color.
Receiver retains strong case color as well. Extractor has about 80% nitre blue remaining. Rear of the trigger
guard has two small holes for reasons unknown. London proof marks are on the bottom of the barrel, hidden
by the stock. At 6 lbs. 13 oz this is a delight to carry. These Ribgy Lwt. rifles do not come up for sale
frequently. Rigby serial number is on the barrel shank. Research on this rifle may turn up
some very interesting history. Priced to Sell!
