Description:
22lr, serial number 82XX. Marked "Wenzel Karabiner D.R.P.a Erma Erfurter Maschinen-U Werkzeugfabrik G.M.B.H. Erfurt". 25" barrel, single shot. Correct rear sight. Front sight appears to be correct but has been filed and possibly re-installed. Wood has been uniformly sanded, otherwise in good condition, buttplate slightly proud at toe. No large marrs or cracks. Top half of barrel 4" back from muzzle (under front sight) shows possible chemical removal of bluing. Otherwise metal shows normal wear/use. Bore is excellent. Metal buttplate.
