Description:
This is a Marlin 1893 rifle manufactured in 1899. The action and lever have Good patina with some pitting and handling marks visible. The 26 inch octagon barrel has a full length magazine. The finish is blue and patina with some pitting and handling. The bore is dark with visible rifling. The butt stock shows a lot of wear with notches, a repaired wrist, and numerous gouges and handling marks. The crescent steel butt plate shows some pitting. The fore end is in much better condition with handling evident, but most of the finish is still good.
