Description:
This .40 caliber Kentucky rifle has a browned octagon 7/8" x 39" Douglas barrel with a 1:48 twist and fitted with fixed sights. The top flat is matted. Stamped on the right side flat is CR Turner and on the bottom flat is JO Walen Tucson June 69. Four brass wedges secure the barrel to the stock. The bore is very good. The P+++ grade Maple stock is mounted with brass furniture. The C Shoultsflint lock is activated by double set triggers. Length of pull is 13-1/2", overall length is 54", weight is 9 lbs. Please Note: The barrel is unmarked but we feel from our experience that it is a Douglas barrel. There is a repaired crack in the toe of the butt stock. Good wood to metal fit - made by CR Turner. Condition: Good. Our stock number is P-29-29. Will ship anywhere in the United States. Buyer pays freight and insurance.
