Mid-20th Century FRENCH Antique FENCING SWORD
Vintage Sparring Weapon
Here we present an Antique French Fencing Sword made circa the mid-20th Century. It features a 35 inch blade with a square cross section. The blade is marked “MADE IN FRANCE” and “5” with a proof mark as well. Tip is blunted to a square. Grips is slightly curved to better fit the hand. The guard is lined with a leather cushion. The overall condition is good.
