Description:
Serial #783-39347, .308 Win., 26" target barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This rifle features a laminated stock with wide beavertail forend, two-stage trigger, and double sling swivel studs at the forend tip (for mounting a bipod). The receiver and barrel retain 98% plus of the original blued finish with some fading on a couple of the high edges and projections, as well as a few tiny spots of finish loss along the underside of the barrel ahead of the stock. The matte stainless bolt has some further marks on the bearing surfaces, and along the body. The stock is in fine shape, but does exhibit some minor surface scratches along the underside of the forend, and a few scattered marks elsewhere. The rifle does not have iron sights, but a set of Ruger rings are included. This is a very nice M77 varmint/target rifle, in a useful caliber, and is in fine condition overall. FFL
