Description:
This is a nice Second Model 38 CF hammerless D.A. with a bright and shiny bore with strong rifling but does have some fine corrosion. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight. It is matching serial number 23028 and was made about 1892 or 1893. The frame, cylinder and barrel has been polished, the nickel finish appears to be original because the screws and pins are not dished out.
