For Sale: International Harvester M1 Garand .30-06
USGI M1 Garand manufactured by International Harvester in 1954. It has an excellent bore and the muzzle measures #2, the throat erosion gauge measures #2. Metal parts are 90%. The wood has no cracks or deep gouges and is in VG condition. The receiver fits in the wood with no side to side or forward and backward movement (with trigger assembly removed). When the trigger guard is latched there is a slight upward pressure on the forearm by the barrel. The rifle should shoot very well.
The following parts match, Gas cylinder plug, Receiver dates from 1954, Trigger guard, Hammer, Safety, Windage knob, Proper LMR 54 barrel. I believe this rifle is just as it came from the manufacturer.
