Description:
Designed from Sig Sauer's well respected SG550 platform and improving upon the P556, the SIG556XI keeps its predecessor's reliability while adding new and improved features. Main features include ambidextrous controls, a folding stock with adjustable cheek riser, a new and improved forend design, and a one piece full length top rail. One important item it did keep from its parent platform was the 2 position adjustable gas piston system which lends itself to a cleaner, cooler, and more reliable running firearm. This SIG556XI is in very good shape with a few marks on the barrel and receiver. A reliable, well-built design that is a welcome addition to any firearm collection.
