Description:

Colt 1851 Navy Revolver. Made in 1861. Very fine gun with period nickel finish and a silver plated frame. The finish looks factory, but the gun will letter as blue. Grips are excellent. All numbers are matching. The wedge has a number that is different from the last 3 digits of the serial number. The serial is 103049 and the wedge is 940. It appears that whoever was stamping the wedge number was dyslexic. Nice sharp gun with excellent period finish.
