Description:
Sold pending funds***Browning Citori O/U 28 gauge Grade VII Lightning with 26" barrels that feature deep relief engraving on a blue receiver, trigger guard, top tang, takedown lever and bracket. This gun exhibits 24Kt. gold bird inlays which are three quail on the right side and three grouse on the left side with the gold bust of a pointer on the bottom. The stock and forearm are of outstanding walnut with great figure and beauty and they are high gloss finished. The gun is in excellent over all condition and comes with a Browning hard luggage style case. The invector chokes are Full & Modified. The metal is 100% and the wood 99.5% with one little scratch towards the back of the stock on the right side. They tell me it can be removed without refinishing the whole stock. This gun has been fired a minor amount as you can see in the pictures of the back wall and it is tight as new with the lever to the right of center. This grade was discontinued in 2012 and is relatively rare and appreciating in value.
