Colt 1851 Navy Revolver. Made in 1866. Near relic condition. Brown patina with heavy pitting. Some screws are replacements. Grips do not fit well we think partly due to the trigger guard being bent. The action revolves the cylinder, and the hammer holds cock. The action does not index properly, nor lock up. This gun is charming in how much use and poor storage that it saw. Possibly made its way to Mexico just by the condition.
