Description:
The Colt Model 1903 was made from 1903 to 1946, serial numbered from 1 to approximately 562000. The pistols were fitted with 4 inch barrels initially, 3 3/4 inch till end of production, checkered hard rubber grips on early models, checkered walnut on later, fixed sights, slide lock/safety with grip safety, blue or nickel finished, and chambered in .32 ACP. This very attractive, 1930 vintage, Model 1903 is as described and is fitted with a 3 3/4 inch barrel, checkered walnut grips, 1 magazine, and is blue finished. It is in excellent original condition, retaining 98% of its original blue finish, with a few minor handling marks and some sharp edge thinning. The grips fit well, have no cracks or chips, and would be in like new condition except for a minor handling ding on the right grip panel. The bore looks as new and the action is tight and functions perfectly. Sorry, no box or paper-work.
