WW1 WWI WINCHESTER ENFIELD U.S. MODEL M1917 1917 OR P17 P-17 .30-06 SPFD RIFLE DATED 2-18. .30-06 caliber. All original and matching in excellent plus original condition. 98% original blue on the receiver. Bands and floor plate with light patina mixed with blue. Wood with all the original finish and inspectors screaming eaglehead over "534" behind trigger guard crisply struck. Screaming eagle stamp also on upper tang and left receiver rail. Correct flaming bomb on bolt handle, left receiver and muzzle above "W" and "2-18" for Feb, 1918. "W" correct stamp also correctly stamped on end of forend where front barrel end holds sling swivel. 1/2" of the muzzle forward of front sight threaded for grenade launcher or blank firing catch. Mint bore and working order. Original U.S. 1918 G&K dated sling in extra fine condition. No import marks. Prime example with untouched wood and metal just like the day it left the factory with all matching stamps, mint bore and unturned screws.
