As new Harrington & Richardson Model 12 JROTC .22 L.R. match rifle. The Model 12 Was produced from 1981 to 1986 to the the same Miltary specs of the Winchester 52. Rifle is a single shot, with an adjustable match trigger and a 28" heavy match grade barrel. The barrel is drilled and tapped for scope blocks to attach your Unertl or Lyman target scope. It retains 98+% of its high polish blue finish and is U.S. Property Marked on the receiver. This early M-12 features a walnut target stock with accessory rail for a hand stop or palm rest and includes military style sling swivels. Most of these rifles came with birch stocks that were stained to look walnut, the walnut stock makes for a much more attractive package than most H&R M-12's. The stock is in excellent condition with only a couple of very minor handling marks.These rifle were sold by the CMP some years ago and have long been out of stock. Redfield Olympic globe front target sight is included but no box or rear sight. This rifle is extra clean and appears unused. This rifle would make an excellent addition to any U.S. Military rifle collection or is ready for match shooting.
