Super scarce, full mannlicher stocked Husqvarna Model 456 30-06 rifle in superb condition. 20.5 inch Barrel. S/N 232*** A. The Bluing is 99% with the only marks noted being some slight tracking where previous scope bases were removed. This is not detracting, but of course would be concealed completely by new scope bases. The wood is 99% as well, showing only a small, shallow chip immediately in front of floor plate cover. The small embossed letters that can be seen in top of wood near back of receiver's walls are a factory coding method, perfectly normal, and are present on all rifles of this vintage. Mechanics and bore are excellent. 100% original with an added ace trigger shoe for comfort which can of course be very easily removed if desired.
This is an exceedingly difficult rifle to find, and the best example I have ever seen offered for sale.
