This Winchester was produced in 1955. The shotgun's serial number is 1005832. It has a 30 inch full choke barrel. This shotgun is matched serial numbers. The gun has not been fired. There is very little sign of being "pumped" or worked. The "pull" is 14 inches. All other measurements are factory standard. This Winchester is in near new condition. The original bluing would rate a 99% condition. The stock and forend have all the original varnish. There are two light scratches on the right side of the stock by the buttplate. This model has the flat bottom forend. The buttplate is original to this shotgun. This is a very nice late model 1897 Winchester that certainly is of collector grade quality.
