Colt Frontier Six Shooter .44-40 caliber revolver. Manufactured in 1899. .44-40 Caliber. Colt Frontier Six Shooter on barrel. Barrel length 7 ½”. Bore has good plus rifling and scattered corrosion in the grooves. Grips are excellent. No chips or cracks. This is a sharp gun with clear markings, excellent action. Gun has an even gray patina and shows no abuse. Popular .44-40 Frontier Six Shooter! Reasonably priced!
