Description:
Offered is a pre-war Colt New Service revolver in .38 Colt chambering with the 4” barrel (very desirable) that dates to 1933. This gun has the narrower round butt that was common on the .38 and .357 caliber New Services. The gun shows carry wear as most of these short barrel New Service .38’s were used in law enforcement. It has the original factory checkered walnut grips. The gun locks up well and the bore is very good. These early New Services with the short barrel are very desirable and the 4” is the rarest barrel length in .38 caliber. I offer a three day non-firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
