Sales to HI, DC are prohibited and other states may have capacity or other restrictions.If legal in your state, please read through the following instructions prior to ordering:
1.) You must be at least 21 years old for pistols purchases and 18 years old for rifle purchases.
2.) Must be a U.S. citizen, living in the US with a U.S. mailing address. (No P.O. BOX Addresses)
3.) You will need to find a FFL dealer near you (most people use a pawn shop) to receive the transfer of the gun or a gun store. Please be able to provide us with their Name and Phone Number so we can call them to obtain necessary paperwork.
4.) PAYMENT OPTIONS: Postal Money Order, Certified Checks,
And Personal Checks (which will be held until cleared, about 3-5 Business days).
Make checks payable to AA Guns & Ammo for the cost of the gun plus shipping.
($25 flat rate for handguns and $30 flat rate for long guns).
We also take Credit Cards over the phone with a 3% service fee. Georgia residence, please add 7% sales tax. For Credit Card payments: please call 770-728-0434 and have the Guns International listing number ready as well as the name and phone number of the FFL location (gun shop, pawn shop, etc) you would like the gun shipped to. If you notify us that payment is forthcoming, we are willing to hold the gun for up to seven days (with verbal or written request).
5.) In addition to payment, I need you to e-mail me (tonyaagunsandammo) your full name, address, phone number along with your FFL’s name, phone number (where the gun will ship to). There is a form at the Top that you will need to fill out and return to us.
6.) The gun will then be shipped to your FFL dealer for you to pick up. The FFL dealer will do a background check on you at that time. Please note: All firearms must be shipped to a FFL transfer dealer. We ship to the US ONLY. It is your responsibility to make sure you comply with the laws of your county, state, and city on ALL on Gun International items.
