NEAT Antique FLINTLOCK Pistol with SNAP BAYONET
Absolutely Unique and Exquisite
Here we present an antique Engraved Flintlock Pistol with a Snap Bayonet, manufactured circa the early 19th Century. It is European in origin. This pistol has a cannon style, octagonal barrel with a slightly flared muzzle. The bayonet has a 4-1/2 inch triangular cross-sectioned blade that is held in place by the trigger guard. Pulling back on the trigger guard allows the bayonet to spring forward and lock into position for use. This one is completely made of brass and features neat engraving.
The overall condition is near fine. The metal surfaces are bright and show wear. The engravings are clear and visible. The grips are in great shape. The bore is dark. The action on this pistol is strong.
