Payment Types Accepted: Bank Check, Cashier's Check Description: Winchester 1886, Serial No.: 1432XXX, Made 1907 This 1886 made in 1907 was originally chambered in 33 Win. It was sent back to the Winchester factory and rebarreled with a 24" light weight barrel, chambered in 45-70 (as evidenced by the Winchester Proof Mark). The rifle has undergone an extensive restoration and upgrading by Scott Mays, Master Gunsmith. Scott disassembled and sent all metal to Doug Turnbull for proper rust bluing and case coloring. Scott reassembled the rifle and added the extra fancy forend and buttstock. The buttstock features a case colored, all steel, checkered buttplate, the lever, hammer, and forend cap are scroll engraved, and case colored. I can supply more pictures if requested.
