This cartridge is dimensionally the same as the .38 Super but .38 Super ammo should not be fired in it. The bluing is  80-85% , with some surface discoloration due to being stored in a holster. Casehardening is still on the hammer. The grips are as new. The bore is near mint in the 4-1/2" barrel.
