this is the 100 Anniversary John Wayne, like new in the box, never fired. I have a few boxes of the ammo that went with this rifle, has the same picture as the sleeve of the box for the rifle. The ammo would be sold seperate and would have to be shipped seperate. The sleeve of the box has some minor damage, some spots where the finish has rubbed do to the poor packing of the selle. I can send pictures of the box if you are interested in the gun. The gun and paper work are perfect. I will ship and insure at the buyers expense. I do not collect sales taxes
