Description:
This is a very nice quality French or British 54 caliber flintlock coat pistol. The lock is marked C R in fancy script and the silver initial plate on the stock behind the tang is marked H C. The silver trim is nicely carved and the barrel and tang are lightly engraved. The wood stock is nicely carved. The mechanical function is very good. This is a fancy Gentlemen’s Coat Pistol.
