Westley Richards 12g droplock completed in 1905. Scroll back action with patent hand detachable locks, removable cover plate, Westley snap lever work, dolls head extension and two triggers. New 25" barrels were fitted in 1972 and have 2 1/2" chambers and are choked 1/4 and full. The straight hand stock measures 14 1/2" to centre of the butt, with tip and toe plates and gold stock oval. The wood work would benefit from a gentle refurbishment but is structurally sound with no cracks or defects. The gun has had a full strip and clean and barrel reblack. The gun is a fast handling droplock, ideally suited for walked up shooting.
