This carbine's serial number is 1513470. The Importer is Arlington Ordnance of Virginia. This carbine has been through the government rebuild program. The trigger housing is by National Postal Meter. Most of the other parts are by Inland Division Of General Motors. The barrel is by I.B.M. Corp. and dated 12-43. The bore is very fine and bright. It has the stamped rear sight. It also has the type three barrel band. The parkerizing is refinished at the Arsenal. This is a very nice shooter grade M1 Carbine. It comes with the sling, oiler and spare magazine.
