Webley & Scott MK 4 .38 with 4-inch barrel. Very late production possibly last year for Webley to produce handguns (1956). Pistol is in new unfired condition. Bright blue commerical finish with one minor nick on the trigger guard. Has standard British proof marks. Has Made in England for export purposes.
