What kid, big or little, wouldn't love to have one of these ? This Remington Model 12C is a take-down .22LR pump action with a 24" Octagon barrel, two loop magazine tube with 13 round .22LR capacity, and cresent butt stock with original Remington logo stamp still visible. Receiver and action serial numbers match, and barrel is original.
For being 88 years old the bluing is prominent with a little pitting on the barrel, but there is no rust evident. Ths stock and fore grip are in tact with a one chip of wood out of the right side of the pistol grip. I have refinished the wood recently in a similar to original finish.
The action is tight and fully functiional.
This is one of the rifles I take out with my 12 year old grandson. He thinks it is cool because this is the only pump action rifle he has seen or shot.
