Description:
This Winchester was produced in 1936. This model started in 1933. This is a very early Skeet grade With a rare 28 inch solid rib barrel. The serial number for this shotgun is 18682. The front bead is original to this gun. It also has the pistol grip stock with the hard rubber grip cap. It is chambered for the three inch shells. This Winchester has seen very little use. The original rust blued barrel would rate a strong 98% condition. The receiver would also rate a strong 99% rust blued finish. The magazine tube shows some blue loss due to operating the pump slide. The bore is bright with no pitting or damage. The stock and forend retain all of it's factory varnish. There is no cracks or damage to the wood. The buttplate is original to this shotgun stock. There is no chips or damage to the buttplate. The take down feature is tight with no abuse. This Winchester is all original as it came from the factory in 1936. The condition is stunning for a Skeet grade! This is the kind of Winchester that serious collectors hope to find for their collections! Search for hlvfineguns on google for more information.
