Winchester Model 1894 Sporting Rifle .30-30 with factory 1/2 Octagon Barrel. The serial number of this example is 4541XX placing date of manufacture in 1908. Overall condition is excellent with the barrel and magazine retaining 95% original factory blue. The bore is perfect and will rate a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. Bright and shiny from breech to muzzle, void of any defects! The receiver is 75% original blue with the hammer and lever showing traces of Case Colors. The action is tight, smooth and mechanically perfect. Wood sits proud at all metal contacts. 95% original factory varnish remains. $3500.00 rifle at !
