Description:
Griffin & Howe Mauser Custom 30/06. Serial No. 1276 - circa late /20's. Rifle is fitted with a
single lever sidemount base and comes with two single lever top bases and rings.
One set fitted by G&H, probably when the rifle was built by them has 7/8' rings. The 2nd top half
was built by Robt. E. Keel with 1" rings. Both tops were fitted to allow the beautifully engraved
six panel bolt handle to clear the scope without bending the bolt shank. Obviously a well
