Winchester Take Down Model 1895 in 405 WCF caliber. SN: 406,xxx. Rifle is in overall very good condition. Action and lock-up is tight. Bore is bright with well defined rifling over the entire length. Solid wood shows several nicks and handling marks that are usual for a rifle of this age. Barrel blue is 95%, receiver is approximately 50%. It would be interesting to know what has all fallen to this powerhouse.
