Description:
45 ACP caliber 5 inch barrel with a shiny bore. This one was made in 1915 at the Springfield Armory and has "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and the flaming bomb on the left side of the slide. Left side of the frame also has the Ordinance bomb. Comes with a lanyard loop magazine. Diamond checkered walnut grips. Metal surfaces are mostly a gray patina with some edge wear. The pistol also comes with an early swivel holster dated 1915 "SPRINGFIELD ARSENAL" "TCC" inspected and a Mills mag pouch with canvas belt. A real nice Springfield WW1 rig for your collection.
