Antique SMITH & WESSON .32 S&W POCKET Revolver
Excellent Condition Circa 1882
Here we present an antique Smith & Wesson .32 Double Action Revolver in .32 S&W, made circa 1882 in Springfield, Massachusetts. It holds five cartridges and would have been a stellar pocket revolver for self-defense in the closing decades of the 19th Century. It remains pristine after 136 years!
The overall condition is excellent. The original blue finish on the trigger guard bow is about 90% intact. The case colors on the trigger and hammer are vibrant. The nickel finish throughout is 95%. The markings are clear and legible. Serial numbers match. The original hard rubber trademarked grips are fine. The bore is clean and sharp with strong rifling. The action on this revolver is excellent. A better example would be difficult to find!
