Browning BLR,Cal .308, Ser. 02283KXX. This beautiful estate gun was definitely someones early 1970's "Attic Queen".
Other than a very few light surface pressure marks on the stock the gun appears to be factory new. The original blue finish is at the very worst 99.99+%. There is no rust, pinpricks, or even sharp edge silvering. The walnut stock and handguard are as pristine as the blued parts. There are no chips, splits or dings.
The checkered pistol grip and forearm have no flattened points. The barrel, like the rest of this beauty is pristine. The bore is mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. Not a hint of frost anywhere.
