Early Smith and Wesson Model 29-2 Transitional "S Frame" Factory "High Polish Blue". The serial number of this example is S170103. This revolver was probably Special Ordered. The Barrel is Factory Magna-Ported and the Trigger is smooth target with a wide spur target Hammer. Early example with correct large diamond "Coke Bottle" Stocks. Overall condition is excellent with 98% original factory finish. The Index,Timing and Lock Up is perfect. Very nice early .44 Magnum.
