Description:
This is a very nice COLT 1862 Police Conversion.  Based on Antique Grading Standards ,It is in "VERY FINE",  Condition.  Has a 4.5" round barrel with an excellent bore. Has the two-line patent dates on the side of the frame along with the original , "36CAL" markings.  Serial number #46329 and is all matching including the original grip. These conversions  were made , at the Colt Factory,  from 1873 to 1880. .38 Rimfire Caliber. Barrel address reads : "-ADDRESS COL.SAML COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA-" . Has the "STAGECOACH HOLDUP" Scene depicted ,and roll stamped, on cylinder. This comes with a Colt Archive Letter that states it  was shipped to Spies &Kissam & Company, New York, New York, September 16, 1874.   Buyer Pays $25.00 shipping to the lower 48 states.
