At this time, this is believed to be the only known Factory Panel Scene Colt Thunderer known, this Colt was just found recently and was unknown to the Colt collecting world. The panel scene is a bit light, but can be partially made out. This Colt letters exactly as shown. This spectacular Colt shows traces of nickel finish. The engraving is absolutely the work of Cuno Helfricht and is a rarely shown pattern, The action does work in single and double action. At this time, this gun is for sale, although I am morely looking for information. If you are a Lightning/Thunderer/Rainmaker collector, this could be your only possibility at a Panel scene 1877 ever.
